Hero Harshit

The Main Architect
I'm the planner, the problem-solver, the occasional terrible joke maker, and the person who somehow kept us all moving in the same direction.

I handled the overall development architecture, coordinated the team, divided responsibilities, managed the core codebase, handled database architecture and management, and integrated the modules developed by my other team members into the main codebase while maintaining consistency and avoiding merge conflicts.

My role was not simply to write code, but to maintain the bigger picture which was deciding what needed to be built, coordinating the team, connecting different modules, and making sure all three people's work became one coherent product.

But being the lead was never just about deciding what needed to be done. I believe that a good team works best when everyone gets the freedom to contribute in their own way. I gave my teammates opportunities to take ownership, trusted their ideas, and made sure they had the encouragement they needed to keep going.

Known for being humorous, playful, and occasionally a little too fond of my own jokes, I tried to keep the team atmosphere light even during long and stressful development sessions. Behind all the planning and technical decisions was someone who genuinely cared about the people building alongside me.

My role was ultimately about bringing everything together inlcuding the code, the ideas, the people, and the vision of turning three individual contributions into one shared creation.

Special Thanks From Hero Harshit

Projects end. Hackathons end. Results eventually become a line on a scoreboard.

But some things are worth more than the result.

Next Health was built during long hours, difficult decisions, unfinished features, last-minute fixes, and countless moments where giving up would have been easier. And through all of it, I had two people beside me who never stopped showing up.

Arvind and Sandya... Thank you

Thank you for trusting my decisions, taking on the tasks I gave you, and giving this project more than what was ever expected of you. Thank you for staying when the hours became unreasonable, for caring about the details, and for believing in something that started as an idea and slowly became something real.

We may not have won the hackathon.

But somewhere along the way, I gained something I wasn't looking for: two people I genuinely became very fond of and very grateful to have met.

And if I ever look back at Nxt Health years from now, I don't think I'll remember the result first.

I'll remember you guys.

The most meaningful piece of paper I took home wasn't the certificate I earned, but this ordinary sheet of paper, carrying the signatures of the three people who made the journey worth remembering.
